VOTING INFORMATION

Where will the photos be displayed?

The photos will be displayed in the Manheim Community and Milanof-Schock Libraries and their various community events occurring August to October.

How to vote?

The five finalists from each of the six categories (Our Town, Pets, Children, Sports, Families, and Nature) will be displayed. Voting would be done by a ballot box at the local libraries. Each voter would fill in the photo number, deposit money in the envelope and put ballot in the box.

How will the winner be selected?

Each dollar donated to the library, in the form of a “vote” for a favorite photo, would count towards determining the winning photo. The photos that receive the highest total dollar amount would be selected as winners for each category. All monies raised would be donated to the libraries.

Winning photographs will be featured in displays at the Manheim Community & Milanof-Schock Libraries and in Engle Publishing’s Merchandiser newspaper, as well as the Memories Of A Lifetime website.

Voting Deadlines

The judge’s selection of the top 30 photos (five in each of the six categories) will occur by August 24th . Public voting will begin August 25th and the deadline for voting is October 19th .The announcement of the winners will occur on October 24th .
