HOW TO ENTER YOUR PHOTO
Open to amateur and professional photographers
Professional photographers and photography hobbyists alike are eligible to submit entries for the photo contest.
Pick a contest category
Photos entries must be designated as one of the six (6) contest categories including: Our Town, Pets, Children, Sports, Families or Nature.
Select up to 3 photos
Enter a maximum of three (3) photos, completing the Photo Information section for each photo. Photos must be subimmitted in hard copy format and must have a finished size of 4” high x 6" wide.
Complete the entry form and model release forms
All entrants under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the entry release on the Official Entry Form. The Official Entry Form and all Model Release Forms are required for entry if subject is a person.

Entries and digital media will not be returned and all materials submitted become the property of the Manheim Community & Milanof-Schock Libraries .

The Official Entry Form and any and all Model Release Forms are required for entry. Entries must be submitted / postmarked by August 15, 2008 to be accepted for each the contest. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any photos submitted which are lost or damaged.
